  1. What Makes A Good Website?
This is possibly one of the most common questions that people have. Ufortunately, it's also one of the hardest questions to answer. There are many factors that go into making a good website, and none of them are any more, or less, important than the other. On average, it will take 10 seconds for a person to decide if they wish to remain on your website, or if they wish to go elsewhere. This is not a lot of time to grab someone's attention, which is why a good design is so important! If your website is confusing to navigate through, hard to read due to a poor color scheme, or too crowded with information, the user will move on quickly, attempting to find a more organized source for the information in which they were seeking. The opposite is true as well! If you have nothing but empty space on your website, most users will find it very boring to look at, and will move on to a more appealing website. Possibly the most important thing to remember is that there are most likely tens of thousands of websites just like yours, trying to sell the same products, and containing the same information. If you don't have a design that grabs the visitor's attention, and doesn't let go, you will quickly lose them to the competition.
  2. What Makes A Good Logo?
Much like the previous question, this is another common question, and is even harder to answer! A logo will vary depending on so many factors, that it is really impossible to say what makes them good or bad. The way I like to look at it is that most logo designs are based around the owner's personal preferences, thus making them an opinion of sorts. There is no such thing as a good and/or bad opinion, just as (in my opinion) there is no such thing as a good and/or bad logo!
  3. How Do I Get Started?
First things first, head on over to the contact section of this website, and get in touch with me. I have a very handy form set up for anyone to use, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Once you have contacted me, I will email you a short questionnaire to fill out, and return to me. By providing all of the requested information, it will give me a better idea of what you want, and give me an idea of where to start when putting together your design. The hardest part in doing any kind of work like this, is trying to understand what your client(s) have in mind. As soon as I read over your answers, I will get started on your design right away. Once I have a rough draft worked up, I will email you a picture of the design, so you can go over it, and so that we can make any changes that you would like to have done. I will contact you regularly throughout the design process, and you will be "in the loop" every step of the way!
  4. How Is My Project Delivered Once It Is Completed?
Once your project is finished (to your liking), I will E-Mail you all file(s) related to your project. I will also keep regular contact with you through E-Mail during the entire process to ensure that you get what you want, and are never left in the dark concerning any aspect of your project.
  5. Can I Have A Personal Slogan Included With My Website Or Logo?
Of course! During the design phase of any project, all you have to do is tell me the slogan that you want included, and I'll make sure that it's included in the final design.
  6. Why Does It Matter How It Looks, As Long As It Works?
When you recieve a visitor to your website, they will instantly perceive the quality of you, your services, and/or your products by what they see. As with most things, the first impression, is always the most important when dealing with the, primarily visual, media that is the internet! A visitor will be interested, and explore your site if it is appealing and easy to navigate. You are marketing yourself, and/or your business, to the world over the Internet, and it is important to show your best!
  7. I Don't Think A Website Will Do Anything For Me, Am I Right?
No, many people overlook the various products, services, or business processes that they can include on a website. Any communication or interactions that happen within your business can be made easier, and more efficient, by the web. Your business will save money and time while appealing to a much greater audience.. the world!
